I have a pretty healthy TBR pile. I know some of you out there have TBR counts in the triple digits, and I’m not in
that league, but you can see I’m not hurting for good stuff to read. And yet even so, there are 2009 releases that I
must have anyway. This isn’t a complete list by any means, but here are 13 of them that have me on pins and needles.

That's about 4 and a half feet of books. Yeah, it could be in better focus, but the stack fell over twice while I was trying to get this shot. So sue me.

Nichola, I have a 14th book to add to your list: The Sound Of Butterflies by Rachael King. It isn't paranormal but it's Edwardian and a little racy in places.
I need to read more...wish I had the time.
You've got a lot to top notch authors on this list.
I need to read more as well, I can never stay focussed.
I've read Angel's Blood. It's outstanding! I'm totally with you on this list, except for Gabaldon and Viehl.
Great reminder of what's coming up. Do you read Lisa K.? I'm dying for her new contemp to come out!
Hi!
Now I'll have to add some more to my TBR pile!! Thanks for stopping by my place. Have a great day!!
Sherrie
So fun to see new faces! Thanks for stopping by, Thirteeners!
Kati, don't think I know Lisa K. ?
There are way more than 13, for sure. These are the ones that I a)thought of first and b)could easily find release dates for, LOL.
Laura, I'll definitely check into Rachael King. Always up for new reccs.
I love to read as well! I'm currently reading three different books- drives the hubby crazy that I can do that and not lose track of the characters but I lock my keys in the car at least once a month LOL
Hah, Melissa, I see you're living up to your screenname.
And Kati, d'oh, I assume you mean Lisa Kleypas? (damn, I really need an edit button for comments...) I am pouty that she's releasing in hardback now. I love her, but I don't love her enough to buy hardback. I still haven't read Blue Eyed Devil, although I really liked Sugar Daddy.
I need to stop reading everyone's essential 2009 posts. Srsly, I have about 80 books I want to buy already and it's only January!
I have a few of those on my list and I've read a few in your pile (Yours Until Dawn was my first book review on my blog).
I wanted to tell you I really Like your list! I have some of my TBR books on yours too!
Sounds like you've got a lot of interesting reading coming up!
